Terms and conditions of trade for golf holidays 

Deposit
A deposit of £200/300€ is required to confirm the holiday booking. We will invoice you this amount on receipt of your completed booking form.

Balance
The balance of the cost of your holiday must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date. Before this, we will send you an invoice.

• Cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival date: the entire deposit will be lost, to cover the administration costs.
• Within 6 weeks of the arrival date no refund will be made.
• We advise you to ensure you have adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation costs.

Golf
Tee times must be reserved by telephone or through the shop and are dependant on availability.

Damage and other costs

• In case of damage, or extra cleaning requirements, inside the apartment or hire car, any additional costs will be charged to you.
• At your arrival you will be asked for your credit card details as guarantee of this.

Keys for the apartments
The apartment will be left open with the keys inside, either behind the door or on top of the dinner table.
