Course Manager
The Course Manager is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the course and in charge of the Head Greenkeeper, greenkeepers, mechanic and general maintenance. The Course Manager Vicente Coll has been at Son Parc for more than 16 years and knows every blade of grass.

Head Greenkeeper
Gary David Reid
He joined Son Parc in November 2008 and
Since 1997 he has been employed at Carnoustie Golf Links with good experience in the ability to identify grass species, turfgrass deficiencies, turfgrass weeds, pests and diseases. He his in charge of all the greenkeepers under Course Manager supervision.

Mechanic
Our mechanic called from everybody "David" but his real name is Juan Riudavets Sintes is taking care of our machinery and buggies

The greenkeeping and maintenance team is really important in each golf course to be able to maintain the course day by day.

General Manager /Local director
Paola Ferroni
Paola has been at Son Parc since the late nineties. In 2006 she was promoted to General Manager / Local Director in day to charge of all aspects of the business , staff and ensuring we deliver a great course and superb customer service. She continues being directly responsible for the Sales and Marketing and Business Development areas including the Menorca Incentives joint venture which offers corporate services for incentive and conference trips.
She still finds the occasional moment to get out on the course.

Duncan Grant (Chief Executive) joined the predecessor company as a consultant in 2002 and became Chief Executive in January 2005.
